We had Mickey sell our surrey townhouse in 2018. I am extremely appreciative of all the advice and information he shared with us with regards to selling our home and possibly buying another home.
All his contacts from cleaners, stagers, to handy men were extremely professional and helpful. We didn’t always agree on the sale tactics, but he was always open for a discussion on the matter and gave us pros/cons of each strategy. We worked very hard over two weeks to clean our home and get ready for the weekend open houses and showings. One lesson we all learnt was to ensure that he was present for appointments as three realtors and potential buyers did scratch the freshly painted walls, leave windows open, and one even dislodged our washing machine closet door. Mickey always offered to pay/rectify.
In the end we were happy to get the price we wanted. And said good bye to our beautiful surrey town home!
I bought a different property this year with another realtor/friend and was extremely disappointed with their advice. Unlike, Mickey he didn’t get check the house plans with the city, look into any of our concerns, and gave us bad rental advice. Wish I stuck with Mickey. Next time only Mickey!
