Hi. My name is Doug Lucas. My company is Better Home Inspections. I have been doing home inspections for almost 10 years, preceded by over 20 years of renovations and home repairs. I have been involved in repairing most every component of a home, so when I see an issue during a home inspection, I know what I’m looking at and how to repair it. I am very familiar with every component of a home and can advise buyers about it’s significance and estimated costs to repair.
